Street art

(2021)

Spoiler alert - yes it’s fake : ). I made street art probably only once at a fully legal event for one ground school in Bratislava. But I love it. Watching all those beautiful images in the streets of cities. On buildings, old abandoned places, electrical distribution boxes, floors, ceilings… So I made some “virtual“ ones.

I love to experiment with shapes. This set of visuals started as a game. The more I played with a single shape, the more I found out. They looked like alien/cyberpunk/nature (if you know what this style is, please, let me know) pictures, so I made some quick mockups and they look incredibly great in all versions.

Find out more about the process of getting new shapes out of old costume embroidery below. So as in the last few projects, the old became new in shape and colors.

The process of involving something from my past to something new is my big passion in the last year. All it started with my animation Introspective, where I used as base shapes embroidery flower motives from old costumes. I adjusted and play with them. Usually with mirror and bisect and enjoyed all the new what came. All made in Blender.
